LA GARGANTA VERDE

 

La Garganta Verde es un espectacular cañón que ha sido excavado por el Arroyo del Pinar. Está situada a unos 5 km de la localidad de Zahara de la Sierra, en pleno Parque de la Sierra de Grazalema.
El nombre de Garganta Verde le viene de la frondosa vegetación que tapiza sus elevadas y verticales paredes que en los puntos más agrestes llega a alcanzar una profundidad de 400 metros. El sendero que recorre la garganta verde tiene una dificultad media-alta y una longitud de 2'5 km (2 horas). Para poder visitar y acceder a la zona es imprescindible un permiso que se otorga en el Centro de Visitantes de Zahara de la Sierra o en el de El Bosque. En la profundidad de la garganta se puede observar la Cueva de la Ermita de origen cárstico.



 

Green Gorge is a spectacular canyon that has been carved by the Arroyo del Pinar. It is located about 5 km from the village of Zahara de la Sierra, in the Park of the Sierra de Grazalema.

The Garganta Verde name comes from the lush vegetation lining its high vertical walls and in the wildest spots reaches a depth of 400 meters. The trail runs along the green gorge has a medium to high difficulty and a length of 2.5 km (2 hours). To visit and access the area is essential that permission is granted in the Visitor Center of Zahara de la Sierra or El Bosque. CHESS BOXING

 

El chess boxing o ajedrez boxeo, es un deporte híbrido que combina el ajedrez y el boxeo. El concepto de este deporte había sido imaginado en 1992 por el dibujante de cómics Enki Bilal. Fue Iepe Rubingh quien llevó el concepto a la práctica en la primavera del 2003.
El juego empieza con 4 minutos de ajedrez y  3 minutos de boxeo.Entre cada ronda hay una pausa de un minuto para que los jugadores descansen.
Los guantes pueden ser de color negro, rojo o azul.

The game starts with four minutes of chess and 3 minutes boxeo.Entre each round there is a pause for a minute to rest players.

Gloves can be black, red or blue.

Es decir que la estancia no te costara nada ; no hay cosa mas bonita y barata.

LAS CUEVAS DE ALTAMIRA

Las Cuevas de Altamira constituyen uno de los ciclos pictóricos más importantes de la Prehistoria. Están situadas en las proximidades de Santillana del Mar, en Cantabria. Fueron descubiertas por Marcelino Sanz de Sautuola en 1879, y representan a bisontes, cabras, ciervas, caballos, signos, máscaras zoomorfas y figuras humanas.
 Su descubrimiento hace 120 años, suscitó una fuerte polémica entre los arqueólogos por la autenticidad de las mismas.

Altamira Cave


Altamira Caves are one of the most important pictorial cycles of Prehistory. They are located in the vicinity of Santillana del Mar in Cantabria. They were discovered by Marcelino Sanz de Sautuola in 1879, and represent bison, goats, deer, horses, signs, zoomorphic masks and human figures.

  Its discovery 120 years ago, sparked much controversy among archaeologists for the authenticity of the same.
