En caso de ahogo ,tumbar a la persona en cuestión y presionar su pecho repetidas veces.
Si tengo un esguince de tobillo, se inmoviliza la zona afectada para no moverla y se acude a un hospital lo más rápido posible.
En caso de diarrea toma mucho líquido para no deshidratarte el agua y las bebidas energéticaspara recuperar sales minerales. Las comidas deben de ser pequeñas y de alimentos blancos como arroz, cereales pollo a la plancha pescados blancos
En caso de accidente de trafico poner señales para que la gente vea que hay un accidente y llamar a la ambulancia urgentemente
En caso de infarto :Procure que la persona se siente, descanse y trate de mantener la calma.
Torniquete
Ponte unos guantes de látex para minimizar el riesgo de transmitir una enfermedad.
Determina si es necesario un torniquete.
Reúne estos materiales: un pañuelo o corbata y un palo que no se rompa. Si no hay palos disponibles, utiliza lo más similar.
Dobla el pañuelo por la mitad, de esquina a esquina, si utilizas una corbata no realices este paso. (El objetivo es formar un triángulo recto, como naturalmente son las corbatas, mientras que los pañuelos son cuadrados.)
Agarra las esquinas que forman el lado largo del triángulo y de doblalo de 6 a 9 centímetros hacia la tercera esquina.
Dobla una y otra vez de esta manera hasta que hayas llegado a la tercera esquina. Ahora deberías tener un vendaje de 7 a 10 centímetros de ancho y varias capas de espesor.
Ata el vendaje con una gasa alrededor de la extremidad correspondiente entre la herida y el corazón (el tronco del cuerpo), lo más cerca posible de la herida, pero por encima de la rodilla o del codo. Utiliza un nudo simple (el mismo que hacemos en la primera etapa de atar un zapato).
Coloca el palo en la parte superior del nudo y ata un segundo nudo en el palo.
Gira el palo hasta que estire el vendaje apretando lo suficiente como para detener el sangrado.
Ata los extremos de la venda alrededor de la extremidad y asegura el palo con una gasa.
Apunta en qué hora se ha realizado el torniquete y dejalo a la vista para que lo sepan los médicos que atiendan a la persona.
Entablilla la zona de la herida para evitar movimientos, lo que podría reiniciar la hemorragia.

tourniquet
Put on latex gloves to minimize the risk of transmitting a disease .
Determines if a tourniquet is needed.
Gather these materials : a scarf or tie and a stick that will not break. If no sticks available , use the most similar.
Fold the scarf in half, corner to corner, if you do not use a tie this step. ( The goal is to form a right triangle, as are naturally ties, while scarves are square . )
Grab corners forming the long side of the triangle and double it for 6 to 9 inches to the third corner .
Fold over and over again in this way until you have reached the third corner . Now you should have a bandage 7-10 centimeters wide and several layers thick.
Ata with a gauze bandage around the corresponding limb between the wound and the heart ( the trunk ) , as close to the wound , but above the elbow or knee . Use an overhand knot ( the same as we do in the first stage of tying a shoe ) .
Place the bar on the top knot and tie a second knot in the corner.
Twist the stick until the bandage tightening stretch enough to stop the bleeding.
Tie the ends of the bandage around the limb and secure the post with gauze.
Aim at which time the tourniquet was made and leave it in sight so you know the doctors caring for the person.
